It does the trick
I wear form fitted pants which makes it hard to tuck my under shirt and dress shirt into it at work, not to mention it looks funny. With the Tuckband you don't have to worry about that. You can tuck your shirt into itself using the Tuckband and you can adjust it to fit comfortably too.
