The Tuckband is made from high quality soft elastic with a silicone band on the inside to keep it in place.
It adjusts from 25 inches to 40 1/2 inches in length, plus approximately 1 more inch when elastic is stretched. The sizing and looseness can be adjusted with the slider on your Tuckband.

Depending on where you intend to place your Tuckband, your size will vary:
Waist
- Circle your waist (where a belt usually goes) with a tape measure at your natural waistline — above your belly button and below your rib cage.
- If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.
Hips
- Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your backside, around the other hip, and back to where you started.
- Ensure the tape measure is over the largest part of your rear and level; use a mirror to check.
